With every client is a different challenge, we try to understand the task at hand 110% before starting as it makes for a much easier for both sides as there is less tweaking at the end. If possible we always try to have a face to face meeting or if this is not possible we can work by emails or in some cases our team use Instant Messengers to talk instantly with clients.
